Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ShelfSpace. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Accounts

Library owners are responsible for their account, their staff's actions, and for obtaining appropriate consent before adding member data. Keep your password and PIN confidential.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful data.
• Do not attempt to access other tenants' data or disrupt the service.
• Do not misuse student, member, or staff personal information.

Plans & payments

The Free plan is offered as-is. Premium is billed per branch, per month. Fees collected from members are between the library and its members; we provide tooling, not banking.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as we improve the product.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ShelfSpace is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
